The process we use to create custom templates is simple.  We will ask some basic questions that will help us to see your vision. We will ask for your company logo, colors, and any ideas you have about your desired design.  We will request a list of web sites from you that you like in design. We will also ask about the things you really do not like. We will then create a mock up image design in a picture format (the same size as the actual web site).  We will present this image design to you to get feedback.  You will let us know what you like and don't like about it, and then we will come up with a total of three mock up designs.  After you select the design you would like, we will make up to three additional revisions until the mock up satisfies your expectations.  We will then take your authorized mock up image and turn it into a working web site design.  We will add to your NetProCity web site.

Many of our competitors will give you a couple of designs (cookie cutter type) and make you select the one that is closest to your vision. The difference is that we help you by making the design utilizing your vision.  We communicate throughout the process to come up with additional mock ups that will meet your expectations.

After purchasing your custom web site design a NetProCity support member will create a project ticket for communication.  This communication will come directly through email making it simple, convenient, and fast for you!  Depending on the amount of time it takes you to respond to our inquiries you can expect your web site design to be completed in as little as 2-3 days.
