NetProCity registration web sites include the installation of
InvenManager software on our NetProCity servers. This is a third party management system relying on an ASP.NET language utilizing a
DotNetNuke platform. The NetProCity servers are setup and ready to run with this top Microsoft based system.
Your web site will be created, and the registration system installed. Your selected template or custom design will be incorporated. One registration event with several categories will be created by NetProCity. You will be trained by a NetProCity support team member on how to use the administration panel for creating the rest of your registrations, setting up event calendar views, and administering new and archived registrations.
The cost to have NetProCity create your web site on the server, install the InvenManager software, create and install the SQL database (the brain of the store), setup the initial default settings to make the registration system run, and train you on how to administer the system is $500. Additionally, you will need to select from one of our hosting plans and decide if you would like one of the pre-designed templates or a custom design created for your organization.
If you would like NetProCity to not only setup and train you, but to also completely setup your full web site to completion (or just help you with additional work) we have blocks of hours available for purchase. These can be purchased at anytime.
Many of our competitors enable you to sign up and create an instant web site but leave all the details for you to figure out. This can take hours upon hours just to figure out the minor settings. Never mind setting up special questions necessary for each type of registration, or creating optional items to be selected while registering, etc.
The difference is that we help you throughout the process so you can be successful.
After purchasing your registration web site a NetProCity support member will create a project ticket for communication. This communication will come directly through email making it simple, convenient, and fast for you! Depending on the amount of time it takes you to respond to our inquiries you can expect your web site project and registration settings to be completed in as little as 2-3 days. This varies depending on the additional features you desire such as a custom design, etc.

- Annual registration web site hosting - $299.95 or FREE (see details below)
If your registration system generates over 100 registrations during the year you will be discounted the entire annual registration fee!
- Web Site Design - $FREE setup for pre-designed templates or $1000 (if custom design is desired)
If you desire to select a pre-designed template you will make that selection in the project communication ticket that will be created by your NetProCity support team member. This will be created after the initial purchase here. - Block of hours purchase - Not Required, but a great idea!
If you have discussed a special project with the NetProCity team and need to purchase additional blocks of hours you may do so here. Or if you just know you want extra help, go ahead and purchase a block. You can use them at anytime for any type of development. There is no expiration on them and we report to you anytime hours are used and how many hours remain.
